On November 1, 2017 in Kiev, at the Embassy of Lebanon in Ukraine, a meeting was held between the sports delegation of the International Gira Sport Federation and the Federation of Gira Sport of Ukraine, 

headed by the President of IGSF and FGSU Iurii Shcherbyna, as well as the athlete from Lebanon Rome Humani, the Charge d’Affaires of the Embassy of Lebanon in Ukraine AHMAD SOUEIDAN and employees of the Embassy. During the meeting, the prospects for development of kettlebell lifting in the world and in Lebanon were discussed.
