INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION
IN THE GIRA SPORT WORLD AND EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP!
On April 28 – May 01 2014, town of Pécs, Hungary, held the оpen Сhampionship of Europe among men, women, juniors born in 1999-2001, and among veterans (men – long cycle, biathlon, relay races; women – jerk with one kettlebell in a long cycle, snatch, jerk with two kettlebells in a short cycle (short jerk), relay races), as well as the seventh World Championship among students (young men – long-cycle jerk, young women – snatch).
The competition is held according to the IGSF Schedule and Regulation for 2017, www.igsf.biz
Sport teams are expected to arrive on 27 April. The competition is held in: PECS, JANOS KÖRTER 1; participants accommodation address: PECS, CSERE JANOS KÖRTER 1, college, and also FORDAN HOTEL, Pecs Bajesy Zsilinsky 14-16.
The cost of staying in the college is 10 Euro per day, in hotel – 40-50 Euro per day for one person.
Trip to Pécs from Budapest from the Western railway station – by train or from the bus station – by bus.
Entry fee and accreditation is paid to the Competition Organizing Committee pursuant to the IGSF Regulation for 2017. Upon arrival, it is necessary to file joint application for participation in competition from the team (country) to the Competition Organizing Committee. Two national flags and an electronic record of the national anthem should be at hand.
Competition terms:
- 27 April – arrival day, accommodation of sport teams;
- 28 April – 09.00-11.00 – mandates commission; 10.00-14.00 – weighting of competition participants; 17.00-18.00 – meeting of the judges panel with team representatives; 00 – meeting of the IGSF Executive Committee;
- 29 April – 08.00 – competition opening ceremony; 09.00 – competitions, awarding of winners and prize-winners;
- 30 April – 08.00 – competitions, awarding of winners and prize-winners;
- 01 May – cultural programme, departure of sport teams.
In order to receive an invitation for participation in the World Championship, it is necessary to file a joint application till 20 March 2017 addressed to the Head of the Organizing Committee (visa support) Mihaly Balogh.
